During lock down started doing Nancy's zoom class, now have completed over 30 classes, previously been attend group classes.
I have found the zoom classes very effective, Nancy identifies incorrect movements and equally as important provides good verbal description, as you are not looking at the laptop screen. I started Pilates 18 months ago follow back ache while cycling, which impacted the ride and my performance on bike leg of a 70.3.
Pilates has contributed to correcting these issues and not had issues. I strongly believe its an important part of the training week. The classes are fun and never fails to surprise me, small movements which look so easy initially lead to failure but gradually start to work as you build each week. Well recommended
